Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–6 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Retail product orders are shipped with a flat delivery fee of PKR 200 for orders below PKR 5,000. Orders with a total value of PKR 5,000 or above qualify for free shipping.

For professional products, shipping charges are calculated based on the parcel’s weight and destination. The applicable delivery cost will be communicated to the customer and confirmed before the order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Used or damaged products (unless received defective) cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Makeup products
  • Skin care products
  • Personal care items
  • Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
